Choose & use with care

A few details before you begin.

Start with your companion

Think about your pet’s size, habits and the purpose of the item. Select toys and other accessories according to the specific product’s guidance.

Compare the actual measurements

For beds, carriers and feeding items, check the listed measurements and any stated limits. A small, medium or large label alone may not establish fit.

Read the use and care guidance

Supervise use where the item’s directions require it and check condition regularly. No toy or accessory is represented here as indestructible or suitable for every animal.

Follow the instructions supplied for the exact product. Features, limits and care directions are specific to the selected model.

Delivery, returns & support

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: 4–7 business days in total. Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States and DC, with no minimum order.

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping. After receipt, inspection and initiation of an approved refund take 5–7 business days.

Product questions

How do I choose a suitable item for my pet?

Compare the actual dimensions, intended use and any stated size or weight guidance with your pet. Consider individual behavior as well as size.

Are pet toys guaranteed to be chew-proof?

No. We do not make an indestructibility claim across the range. Follow the product guidance, supervise when appropriate and stop use if the item becomes damaged.

How do I compare colors, sizes or configurations?

Use the options and measurements on the exact product page. Photographs can look different across screens; available choices are limited to the options actually shown for that item.

What is included with my purchase?

Check the selected product’s description and included-parts information. Accessories pictured in a use scene are included only when the listing says so.
